Mary passed away peacefully on October 16, 2016 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She was predeceased by her husband of 40 years, Gerry Beaudry, brother Tom Kelley, and sister Helen (Kelley) Mohs. Left to cherish her memory are her children Audrey (Brad), Kelley Joe, and Theresa, grandchildren Amy (Amarha), Samantha and Matthew, brothers Robert and Charles Kelley, and sister Catherine Sandness.

From a young age, Mary knew she wanted to be a nurse to follow in her mother's footsteps. She graduated from nursing school, where she made lifelong friends. At the beginning of her career she was a nurse for an obstetrician and later took a nursing position at Winnipeg Municipal Hospitals, where she spent the majority of her career working nights. Along with working full time and raising three kids, Mary was the lead person in creating/maintaining the Beaudry family book. Mary always enjoyed needle crafts, and in retirement she had much more time for quilting and cross-stitch, taking great joy in going on retreats with her friends.

Mary grew up in Bismarck, North Dakota, and came to Manitoba to marry her penpal. She held a special place in her heart for her adoptive country of Canada. One of her favourite days of the year was Canada Day, which she valued spending with immediate family, often at a barbeque at St. Vital Park.

A celebration of Mary's life will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, October 28, at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Boulevard, with interment and reception to follow.
