He worked as a delivery truck driver for over 30 years before he retired and had the privilege of being a stay-at-home papa. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, papa, brother, uncle, and friend. He had the most generous, loving heart and touched many lives.

When Grant lost his mother his baby sister Heather and brother Ken went to live with their Aunty in Edmonton. If he felt he was needed he would go to Edmonton to see them in a heartbeat. He then had the privilege of meeting his new sister and bother in law and then his nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. It touched his heart the love that they had for him. He was fortunate to have his brother Glenn and his children and Grandchildren in Winnipeg.

Through the years Grant enjoyed many things with his family like going to the lake, where he would always make a huge breakfast for anyone who showed up. He met what would be his best friends at the lake and then his daughter and son eventually met their spouses there as well.

Grant would do anything for his Cliffy, Punkers, Nickers, and Ambious.
